I began making the dressing and jam on our property "Mayfield" in western NSW in 2005 during the drought when I was looking for a way to bring in some extra income to the farm with my husband and 4 daughters.

After trialling on family and friends, we started selling our products at local markets. People loved them and the word soon spread.

Still handmade, the kitchen has relocated to Warren, where our products are made with the same passion and commitment to supply consistent quality and a rich natural flavour. Now they are sold all over Australia! I hope you enjoy them, cheers Rosie.
